Siobhan is a committed hypnotherapist with a deep passion for the complex workings of the mind. She assists individuals in overcoming fears, phobias, and unwanted habits, as well as managing anxiety and stress. Siobhan's approach is centred on bringing harmony to both the body and mind, helping her clients achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
Beyond her hypnotherapy work, Siobhan explores how cultural and societal conditioning can hinder spiritual growth, and she delves into the profound impact that emotional trauma has on mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Her work focuses on uncovering and releasing these deep-seated influences, enabling clients to achieve a more holistic sense of healing and balance.
Her approach emphasises using natural methods to alleviate emotional pain, trauma, anxiety, and depression. With a passion for understanding the body’s innate healing abilities, Siobhan has studied various holistic healing modalities. Alongside her hypnotherapy practice, she is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, trained in diverse practices such as Energy Therapy, Sound Therapy, and Rebirthing Breathwork.
Siobhan believes strongly in natural healing and adopts a holistic approach that treats the whole person—addressing mental, spiritual, social, and emotional aspects—rather than merely focusing on symptoms. She is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to nervous system regulation, health, and wellness, addressing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
