"I have aerophobia and went to Siobhan hoping hypnotherapy could help me get over my fear of flying.

In reality she’s done way more than that. Not only do I feel more confident getting on a plane, she’s also helped me ease my generalised anxiety. Siobhan’s kindness, patience and professionalism, are all factors which contribute to the sense of peace you feel when leaving her sessions. I never thought hypnotherapy would be a quick fix but I also didn’t anticipate it would become a regular part of my self care routine, I always look forward to those bi-monthly sessions. The work starts in the room but Siobhan will give you the tools to practice mindfulness as regularly as possible in your daily life.
